Our working line foundation is built around 'Cara', our leading lady. Her East/West German and Czech breeding has provided us with a dog that has high drive, good angulation, medium bone and super disposition. Her grandmother used to work the Berlin Wall as a guard dog. There are a lot of the greats from GSD history in her pedigree. One is particular, Warro von Huehnegrab came from the famous kennel(former Breed Warden Heinz Scheerer)well known for its dogs. Roma van Noort was a fabulous dog with a wonderful record. There are many others and their presence made Cara the choice for us. What we have now is a dog that willingly wants to please, works as hard as you need her to, leaps a 4 ft. fence without touching it, and will follow me around the farm for hours. Give her a small puddle of water or huge lake, and she thinks she has died and gone to heaven. Yet, she allows the kids (human and canine) to crawl all over her. She has the ideal temperament and that is precisely what we wanted and looked for. In addition, she has the natural protection desire and ability, tremendous ball drive and soon will begin her sleeve work and tracking.
